Leider haben wir festgestellt, dass die neuen Modelle gegenüber dem alten doch etwas sparsamer gefertigt waren: Die Beine sind nun nur noch aus profillosem Alublech, während die alten aus profillierten Alu-Schienen gefertigt und damit deutlich... Das ist uns dann auch gleich zum Verhängnis geworden: Beim ersten Aufstellen ist ein Pavillon “umgefallen” – ein Bein ist eingeknickt. Zwei Tage später haben wir ein Paket von Kronenburg erhalten – leider mit dem falschen Teil. Also, noch einmal gemailt, 2 Tage gewartet und dann kam das richtige Teil. Das Ganze hat keine Woche gedauert, lief ausgesprochen freundlich und kooperativ und hat keinen Cent gekostet. Wir mögen doch bitte die Rechnung mailen und wenn es geht ein Foto vom kaputten Teil. Jetzt kommt es aber: Wir haben das abgeknickte Bein natürlich reklamiert. Das haben wir gemacht. Das falsche gelieferte Teil sollten wir auch behalten....
